Overview

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Meridian online store, website, products, and related services. In these terms, “Meridian,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the Meridian store. Our store is powered by Shopify. By visiting the site, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these terms and the policies linked in our checkout and site footer. If you do not agree, do not use the services.

Eligibility and account information

You must be at least the age of majority in your state to place an order. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete billing, payment, contact, and shipping information. You are responsible for protecting your account credentials and for activity under your account.

Products and health information

Our products are dietary supplements. Product descriptions and other site content are provided for general informational purposes and are not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Use products only as directed. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before use if you are pregnant or nursing, have a medical condition, take medication, or have questions about whether a product is appropriate for you. Stop use and seek medical advice if you experience an adverse reaction.

We work to describe and display products accurately, but screen colors, packaging, and minor design details may vary. We may update, limit, or discontinue products at any time.

Orders, prices, and payment

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An order is accepted when we confirm it and successfully process payment. We may reject, limit, or cancel an order, including for suspected fraud, inventory issues, pricing errors, or delivery restrictions. If we cancel after payment, we will refund the affected amount.

Prices, promotions, taxes, shipping charges, and availability may change. The total shown at checkout controls. You authorize us and our payment providers to charge the payment method you submit for your order.

Order changes and cancellations

Orders may enter production shortly after they are placed. Use our contact form at https://shop.meridiangut.com/pages/contact immediately if you need a change or cancellation. Once an order has entered production or has been accepted by our fulfillment partner, it cannot be changed or canceled.

Subscriptions

If you choose a subscription, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method at the frequency and price shown at checkout until you cancel. You can manage or cancel through the customer-account or subscription-management link we provide. Cancel before the next scheduled billing date to avoid the next charge. A cancellation stops future renewals and does not retroactively refund an order already processed. We may change subscription pricing or benefits with notice as required by law. The Subscription Policy shown at checkout is part of these terms.

Shipping and returns

Shipping areas, processing estimates, delivery estimates, and address responsibilities are described in our Shipping Policy. Returns, replacements, refunds, and claim deadlines are described in our Return and Refund Policy. Those policies are incorporated into these terms.

Acceptable use

You may not use the site or services for an unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful purpose; interfere with site security or operation; upload malicious code; scrape or copy the site at scale; impersonate another person; or violate another person’s rights. We may suspend access or cancel orders when reasonably necessary to protect customers, the store, or our service providers.

Intellectual property

The site’s branding, text, graphics, product presentation, and other original content are owned by or licensed to Meridian and are protected by applicable law. You may use the site for personal, noncommercial shopping purposes. No other license is granted.

Third-party services and links

Shopify and other service providers help us operate the store, process payments, fulfill orders, and provide site features. Their services may be governed by additional terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for third-party sites that we do not control.

Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information are described in our Privacy Policy. By using the services, you acknowledge that information may be processed by Shopify and other providers as needed to operate the store.

Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site and services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. Nothing in these terms excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Meridian and its service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site or services. Our total liability for a claim relating to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order. These limits do not apply where prohibited by law.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Meridian harmless from third-party claims, losses, or reasonable costs caused by your unlawful use of the services or material violation of these terms, to the extent permitted by law.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts with jurisdiction where Meridian is headquartered, unless applicable consumer law requires another forum.

Changes, severability, and entire agreement

We may update these terms by posting a revised version and effective date. Material changes will be communicated when required by law. If part of these terms is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. These terms and the linked store policies form the agreement governing your use of the services.
