Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses in the contiguous United States. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, military addresses, or international destinations.

Processing time

Orders are prepared by our fulfillment partner within 1–5 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing on the next business day.

Delivery estimates

After fulfillment, standard delivery generally takes 2–4 business days. Expedited delivery generally takes 1–3 business days. These are estimates, not guarantees, and carrier delays may occur.

Shipping charges

Available shipping methods and exact charges are shown at checkout before payment. Tracking information is emailed when your order ships.

Address accuracy

Please confirm your shipping address before placing your order. Customers are responsible for reshipping costs when a package is returned because an address was incomplete or incorrect, or because the package was unclaimed.

Damaged, incorrect, or lost orders

If an order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, use our contact form at https://shop.meridiangut.com/pages/contact within 30 days after delivery. Claims for packages lost in transit must be submitted within 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
